In it you can find This guide serves as a comprehensive reference for potential candidates in the City of Portland in 2024. It will be updated as new information, such as district boundaries, becomes available. Candidates must adhere to the city’s charter, code, and administrative rules, along with relevant laws governing the Small Donor Elections program for public campaign financing. While efforts have been made for accuracy, applicable legal authority takes precedence over the guide. The guide aims to enhance the candidate filing process, and feedback is encouraged.
